Rigorous ESG audits show we’re outperforming peers across all three pillars, and our commitment to the environment is reflected in our data centers, which run on 100% renewable energy. We’re proud to have offset all carbon emissions dating back to 1996, earning us a “Carbon Neutral Plus” certification. Multiple ISO certifications in Environmental, Energy, and Health & Safety management further underscore our dedication to best practices. 

 In addition to environmental efforts, we prioritize social responsibility. Charity committees in all our locations actively support our communities, and 85% of our employees agree that ESG values are deeply embedded in our business practices and policies.

Environmentally, we’re aligning with the Science-Based Targets initiative (SBTi) to set ambitious goals that will lead us to Net Zero by 2050. 

Socially, we’re dedicated to fostering a supportive culture through employee welfare and DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) initiatives, while actively giving back through community outreach and volunteering programs. 

From a Governance standpoint, we hold ourselves accountable with robust oversight, embedding our ESG commitments into public policy and continuously improving through key performance indicators, board guidance, and employee feedback.
